Antenatal, Birth and Postnatal Services

At Joyful Mothers, we provide comprehensive antenatal and postnatal services to ensure that mothers have a smooth and enjoyable journey through motherhood. Our services include prenatal education, birth coaching, support during labour, postpartum support, breastfeeding guidance, and more.

Postnatal / Overnight

For new parents or growing families the postnatal period (often called the 4th trimester) can be daunting, coupled with sleep deprivation, your recovery and much more. Through my nurturing approach we want you and baby to flourish as we empower and support you to and enJOY this new season.

Antenatal

We offer childbirth education classes to prepare mothers for childbirth and parenthood. Our classes cover topics such as childbirth options, pain management, and newborn care.

Lactation Support

We understand that breastfeeding can be challenging for some mothers. Our lactation consultants provide personalized support to help mothers overcome any difficulties they may face and ensure a successful breastfeeding journey.

Birth Doula

Our birth doula provides emotional and physical support during labour and childbirth. We believe that every woman deserves a positive and empowering birth experience, and our doulas will work with you to achieve this. I will be available via phone or email 24/7 from 38-42 weeks of your pregnancy, or until your baby is born.

Sleep Support

We understand that sleep is crucial for both mothers and babies. Our sleep consultant provide personalized support to help mothers establish healthy sleep habits for their babies and themselves.
